Quality Assurance & Finishing Standards
Every enclosure manufactured at Veer Laser Fab complies with stringent electrical safety and ingress protection standards (IP55, IP65, and IP66 per IEC 60529). Our automated pre-treatment and powder-coating process includes a 7-tank phosphating cycle, electrostatic dry-powder application, and oven curing at 200°C for exceptional corrosion resistance (surpassing 1,000-hour neutral salt spray testing per ASTM B117).
